This week we talked to Environment Exhibit Specialist, Jenn, about the new Atlantic Salmon that were introduced into the tank just a few days ago. Although they are new to the exhibit tank, these fish have been with ECHO since December of 2014. We got them from Weed Fish Culture Station, which is a hatchery in Grand Isle, VT. Before moving these fish to the the exhibit they were kept in the "back of the house" to make sure they were healthy, eating regularly, and growing.

Watch as Jenn talks about how these fish got here and what it took for them to be swimming happily in the exhibit with new friends.
