This is the latest edition in our series introducing you to participating breweries for Firkin Thursday, Sept. 10 from 6-9 p.m. right here at ECHO.

This time, let's meet Allen Van Anda from Lost Nation Brewing:

Tell us a little about the Firkin Thursday brews: what will you serve? What does it taste like? Have we had it before or is it completely different?
Our Gose dry-hopped with citra hops and aged on Blueberries.

A little background about your brewery: when was it founded? Where? Why?
Founded in 2012 in Morrisville, VT because we were tired of working for other people.

What is your role in the local/regional beer scene? (What sets you apart?)

Why Firkin Thursday? What are you most looking forward to about this event? Is this your first time?
We believe in ECHO. The center is a great resource to all Vermonters. Lost Nation is a family owned and run company. We believe strongly in supporting entities that give back to the community. We also love taking our families to ECHO!
