The rug on the floor of the in-progress Early Childhood Play Space is covered with spray paint. No, there aren’t tiny graffiti artists at work, these blue and orange outlines serve as placeholders for what is to come. Boats, storefronts, housing, a tree house and nature area – all to help young minds grow and develop in a safe and fun setting.
